Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj Just Ended Their Twitter Feud in the Most Epic Way

The feud between Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift was the prevailing story heading into MTV's Video Music Awards this year. Minaj was mad "Anaconda" failed to earn recognition. Swift took it personally. The rest was VMAs history — until tonight.

Clad in a fiery red dress and headdress, Nicki Minaj started the opening performance of this year's VMAs with "Trini Dem Girls" from her album The Pinkprint. It was an intense, but quiet opener.

We should have known something was about to happen.

As Minaj transitioned into "The Night Is Still Young," she welcomed her momentary frenemy to the stage.

The duo finished up "The Night Is Still Young" and moved into Swift's "Bad Blood," a knowing wink to the source of their feud. Then, they ended it all with a sweet hug.
