18 Heads Found at O'Hare Airport: Joe Pesci in Custody

On Monday, eighteen human heads were discovered after having arrived from Italy at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago. According to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office, the heads were wrapped in plastic and still had their skin. Incredibly, the examiner does not expect foul play, leading one to believe they were specimens for scientific research. At this point, it is unclear where they were headed. It may be the case that the sender did not go through the proper channels to make sure the cargo arrived without incident. The head count was confirmed by the medical examiner.
