You can find a State of the Union 2013 live stream starting Tuesday evening at the White House website, which features enhanced live stream.

The address starts at Tuesday at 9 p.m. EST, when President Barack Obama will speak to Congress and the American public about his plans for the coming year, the challenges that face the country, and more. The speech will likely last over an hour and will cover a range of policy issues.

We will also be embedded into this post when the video begins later this evening ... feel free to bookmark and return to this page.

The annual speech, which Obama will deliver live from the podium of the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., is Obama's fifth State of the Union, and will be one of his most important as it comes at the beginning of his second term.

"President Obama will update Americans on the most important issues facing our country in his State of the Union Address on Tuesday February 12, at 9 pm ET," reads an announcement on the White House homepage. "Join us and watch a live enhanced broadcast featuring charts, graphs and data that will help you understand his policies."
