How SCOTUS Proved Obamacare is Unconstitutional

The Supreme Court may have invalidated the entire health care law by their ruling. Under Article 1 Section 7 of the U.S. Constitution: “All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as other Bills.”

But that’s not what happened. The House barely passed one version of the health care law. The Senate passed a different version of their own. The House version then hit a roadblock in the Senate. Democrats decided that because it was not a tax bill, they would use the Senate version for reconciliation, and deem it passed, rather than risking another vote in the House. This means the tax bill did not originate in the House of Representatives, per Article 1 Section 7, making the entire law invalid. Ben Swan explains:
