The story is everywhere — Missy Elliott returned after a long absence and completely stole the show at the Super Bowl. It was an amazing night, but the stats are almost in and they're projected to prove that her success wasn't a one-off: Missy Elliott is expecting a 1,000% uptick in sales for the week ending Super Bowl Sunday. She's back.

The artist is poised to record an astounding 70,000 downloads when official numbers come out this week, according to Billboard, compared to just 6,000 two weeks ago. That's thanks to her amazing Super Bowl halftime appearance — which attracted a record 118.5 million viewers — alongside Katy Perry. In case you needed a reminder of who really owned the show, headliner Perry is set for just a 75% increase for the week.

The three songs Elliott performed during the Super Bowl halftime show, "Get Ur Freak On," "Work It" and "Lose Control," are each on track to sell around 15,000 to 20,000 downloads, compared to around 1,000 the previous week. The biggest seller, according to Billboard, looks like it'll be "Work It," with 20,000 downloads.

Elliott also saw a 676% increase in Spotify streams the day after the big show, compared to Perry's 85%, according to the Huffington Post. Music-buyers flocked to iTunes, too: As of this morning, Elliott's "Work It" had worked its up to No. 3 on the iTunes Top 100, and her fourth studio album, Under Construction, hit No. 36 on iTunes' top-selling albums

Stats aside, there's word that Skrillex and Diplo will soon release a remix of their hit song "Take You There" with a guest spot from Elliott. Kids who don't know Misdemeanor had best take note:
