Among the artists slated to perform are Jason Aldean, Sam Hunt, Brooks and Dunn, Keith Urban and Underwood, plus a special appearance from pop artist and Nashville native Justin Timberlake, who will take the stage alongside bluegrass musician Chris Stapleton.

Kenny Chesney and Miranda Lambert are two of the five artists nominated for artist of the year, and Underwood is nominated for female vocalist of the year, after releasing her critically acclaimed fifth studio album Storyteller in October.

The event will air live at 8 p.m. Eastern on ABC from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. The network will live stream the event as well. Country music news site Taste of Country will be live-streaming the pre-show red carpet special via YouTube at 6 p.m. Eastern.
