Gwyneth Paltrow Launches Goop Press, Will Release Cookbook 'It's All Easy'

Impact

American actress and cookbook author Gwyneth Paltrow has built an empire out of goop, Paltrow's self-made lifestyle website that offers advice on beauty, fitness, wellness, skincare, social events, high-end fashion and more. Yet, Paltrow's not stopping there. Goop is adding publishing to its long list of offerings with its own imprint at New York City-based Grand Central Publishing.

The first book on deck, which is expected to be released in April, is none other than Paltrow's latest cookbook, It's All Easy: Delicious Weekday Recipes for the Super-Busy Home Cook.

According to goop CEO Lisa Gersh, the visual element of Paltrow's cookbook made it a good first choice for goop press.

"There's something about looking at a cookbook and turning the pages," Gersh said this week at the Fast Company Innovation Festival, Bustle reported. "And these books have been photographed beautifully and they're just lovely to look at. There's something about that that's just different."

"With so much incredible content now being produced at goop.com on a daily basis, we're excited to memorialize it for audiences across the world," Paltrow said in a press release published by Time
