Since 1957, the Recording Academy has honored members of the music industry with its peer-voted Grammy Awards; the 58th annual Grammys are just around the corner, presented live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Monday, Feb. 15. In 2016, Music's Biggest Night will be hosted by LL Cool J; viewers can watch the ceremony starting at 8 p.m. Eastern on CBS or stream it on their mobile devices through CBS All Access. This is the first year that the award show will air live nationwide.

"We've discussed this with CBS for years, but a variety of factors came together this year, and we collectively agreed that we had the perfect opportunity to try a new model and see how viewers respond," said Neil Portnow, president of the Recording Academy and GRAMMY Foundation. "I'm very pleased to share that, for the first time, west coast TV viewers will be able to watch the GRAMMY Awards live."

The 2015 Grammys pulled in 27 million viewers — expanding the broadcast range could reasonably up that number considerably. The impressive lineup for the 2016 ceremony doesn't hurt, either.
