Two in 2009: Best dance recording for Poker Face and best electronic/dance album for The Fame.

Three in 2010: Best female pop vocal performance for Bad Romance, best pop vocal album for The Fame Monster and best short form music video for Bad Romance.

One in 2014: Best traditional pop vocal album for Cheek to Cheek.

This year, she'll take the stage in a tribute performance to the late David Bowie and possibly to accept the award for best song written for visual media ("Til It Happens to You" is nominated).
