Actors, actresses, directors and industry professionals will descent on the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday for the 88th annual Academy Awards, many with the hope of taking home a prestigious award. Though they can't all be winners, five directors and 20 lead and supporting actors who have been nominated this year will walk away with a gift bag valued at $232,000 — and that swag reportedly includes a vibrator.

In addition to the flowery gift baskets, high-end spa treatments, hotel retreats at home and abroad, fitness training sessions and other luxury creature comforts, there are a few items in this year's gift bag that stand out. In addition to the vibrator — a $250 Nuelle Fiera — the swag bag includes a Haze Dual Vaporizer, $5,530 worth of plastic surgery at 740 Park and something called the "Vampire Breast Lift" (think: similar process to the haunting selfie Kim Kardashian posted of a Vampire Facial).

These items apparently did not sit well with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, who instead launched a lawsuit against the third-party organization behind the gift bags, Reuters reports.

Vibrators aren't the only item in this year's swag bag sparking conversation. The inclusion of a fully-funded 10-day trip to Israel has caused some advocacy groups, like the U.S. Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation and Jewish Voice for Peace, to speak out. Meanwhile, others have decried the annual tradition as ostentatious, suggesting it highlights a gapping divide between the rich and the poor.
