A quick search on Instagram proves that many have since jumped on the boob contouring bandwagon.

While contouring your boobs for an outfit or two isn't problematic per se, the practice of being able to change every aspect of one's body, as seen in this video of a model contouring everything from her face to her legs, can suggest unrealistic and unattainable body standards.

"I think contouring sends a bad message. It says, 'Something's wrong with you the way you are,'" Bobbi Brown, makeup artist and founder of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, recently said in a Vogue podcast.

Plus, sometimes contouring your boobs turns out disastrous — just ask Kylie Jenner.
