Trevor Noah Shows Donald Trump Objectifying His Own Infant Daughter on 'The Daily Show'

At this stage of the election cycle, there are very few things that Republican frontrunner Donald Trump can say to leave the American public speechless. He's already spoken at length about why Mexicans entering America are supposedly rapists, how we shouldn't allow Muslims into the country and women should be punished for having an abortion — and he still may be poised to be the GOP nominee come July. However, even for desensitization to Trump's antics, what he said in 1994 is still pretty damn creepy.

On Tuesday's episode of The Daily Show, host Trevor Noah shared a clip that hadn't previously made it online, a clip where Trump is disparaging toward women. Again, this is unsurprising — just look at the super PAC ad showing a slew of his previous misogynistic comments.

This time, it's from an episode of the show Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, in which Trump and his second wife, Marla Maples, were invited as guests. In the segment Noah shares, host Robin Leach asks the couple about their 1-year-old daughter, Tiffany, and what qualities the parents think they share with her. Trump offered his thoughts on what she inherited from her mother.

"Well, I think that she's got a lot of Marla," Trump said. "She's a really beautiful baby — she's got Marla's legs." He then made a gesture to his chest, indicating he's talking about breasts. "We don't know whether or not she's got this part yet, but time will tell."

Cut back to the studio and Noah, who is seemingly perplexed — and this is coming from the same show that made a repeated segment of Trump making inane and inappropriate comments about his eldest daughter, Ivanka. Sadly, as Noah points out, even this won't have an effect on his supporter base, who have already stood by him through every other disparaging remark.

"To him, every woman is just a pair of legs connected to a pair of breasts and there's a bunch of extra stuff in the middle, but it's not sexy and no one knows what it's for really," Noah said. "And you know, normally a candidate who views women this way would be doomed. But Trump is not a normal candidate and we know that. We know airing this clip will change nothing. All we ask is one thing: The next time you're about to hand Donald Trump your baby, maybe reconsider."
