In his now-removed YouTube video, Arizona pastor Steven L. Anderson, known for his homophobic rants, called Sunday's Orlando, Florida massacre at Pulse nightclub "good news." 

"The good news is that there's 50 less pedophiles in this world," said Anderson, whose Faithful Word Baptist Church has in the past been called a "hate group"

Anderson argued that the media attention surrounding the shooting would turn public opinion against Christians who denounce the gay community.

"So Bible-believing Christian preachers who preach what the Bible actually says about homosexuality — that it's vile, that it's disgusting, that they're reprobates — you know, we're gonna be blamed," Anderson continues.
