Impact

The iPhone 7 be unveiled in September, but there's one big reason you might want to wait until 2017 to get a new iPhone. The iPhone 8 might be all-glass with an "edgeless display." Bye bye, classic iPhone bevels. Hello, huge, gorgeous screen.

While the iPhone 7 will likely have many improvements — potentially including a dual-lens camera, a touch-sensitive home button, a thinner body, wireless charging and faster processing — it likely won't have that gorgeous all-glass body.

The last time Apple went with a glass casing was with the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s. That glass, while sleek, seemed to collect some minor scratches with heavy use. We'll see if the glass Apple's allegedly using for the iPhone 8 is any stronger.

The iPhone 8 will also fall on the iPhone's 10th anniversary, which many are taking to mean it will be extra special.
