Drake Was Cut From PartyNextDoor's "Come and See Me" Video — And Replaced By a Kardashian

Culture

On Thursday, Canadian rapper PartyNextDoor dropped the star-studded music video for the lead single off his upcoming P3, "Come and See Me."

Fans of the R&B hitmaker may remember that when the song originally dropped in March, it featured a verse from OVO boss Drake. However, in the video version, Drake's contributions are nowhere to be found. His verse is gone, and the almost four minute long video features cameos from Big Sean, Jhene Aiko, Kylie Jenner (and her lip kits), Khloe Kardashian — no 6 God.

In the video, Jenner plays PND's romantic interest, with the two eventually having a rendezvous in the rain. In real life, the two are rumored to be dating.

The OVO team seems to be making a habit of cutting their all-star collaborations before their albums make it to market. Leading up to Views Drake cut Kanye West and Jay Z's verses from "Pop Style" and Jamaican dancehall artist Popcaan's contributions to "Controlla."

PartyNextDoor's "Come and See Me" version 2.0 seems to only be giving Drake a taste of his own medicine.
