Vice President Joe Biden will take the 2016 Democratic National Convention stage as part of the convention's Wednesday primetime lineup in Philadelphia. Biden's remarks come one day before Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton will formally accept her party's nomination.

Biden is estimated to speak around 9:30 p.m. Eastern, shortly before Clinton's running mate, Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine, is expected to formally accept the vice presidential nomination. The night will cap off with remarks from Biden's boss, President Barack Obama.

Other political bold-faced names speaking Wednesday night include former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg, former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, Connecticut Sen. Chris Murphy and former Arizona congresswoman Gabby Giffords. Delegates will also hear from survivors of two of the bloodiest mass shootings in recent U.S. history: June 2015's Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church massacre in Charleston, South Carolina and the more recent Pulse Nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida.

Here's how to watch.
