Usain Bolt smiling during the 100-meter semifinals may be the best photo from Rio 2016

Impact

Usain Bolt is the fastest man on Earth. He can run 100 meters faster than it probably took you to read this sentence

Bolt, 29, made history Sunday at the 2016 Rio Olympics, becoming the first man to win three consecutive Olympic 100 titles.

It's not just his speed that's mind blowing — it's how easy he makes it look, as evidenced in this photo of him dusting his competitors in the men's 100 semifinals before the big race.

While the other runners look (understandably) winded, Bolt is posing for the cameras, a perfectly relaxed, I'm-not-sweating-this smile on his face.

Twitter took notice of Bolt's superhuman chillness, quickly turning the photo into a symbol of what it means to be unbothered.

There's a metaphor for life somewhere in that photo. Perhaps we should all tackle high-pressure, stressful life situations like we're Usain Bolt running the 100-meter dash.
