MTV VMAs 2016 Channel: Here's where and when to watch Sunday's awards show

This year's MTV Video Music Awards are scheduled to air from 9 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Eastern Sunday on MTV, with a pre-show starting at 8 p.m. The show will broadcast from New York City's Madison Square Garden, featuring performances from Britney Spears, Rihanna, Nick Jonas, Future, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj.

Minaj has yet to announce details of this year's master of shade moment.

The night's presenters will include Sean "Puffy" Combs, Alicia Keys, Fifth Harmony, Jaden Smith and Kim Kardashian West.
