The 2016 Emmys preshow featured the 'Stranger Things' kids adorably singing "Uptown Funk"

Culture

We've already learned some of the breakout child actors on Netflix's hit series Stranger Things could sing — but we had no idea they were planning on performing as a group at the Emmys.

That's what happened on Sunday night, when the Stranger Things stars Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin and Millie Bobby Brown hit the stage at the Emmys preshow to perform Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk." Videos from inside the event show the kids as all smiles, bopping together onstage in their red carpet best.

It's the epitome of why fans of the binge-worthy science-fiction drama love the young squad of actors so much: No matter where they are or what they're doing, they always seem to be living in this incredible moment together not just as co-workers, but as best friends.
