Too often, immigrants are left in the shadows. In Boulder, Colorado, an organization called Intercambio wants to change that. 

Intercambio developed a curriculum to help immigrants learn English, navigate government bureaucracy, and build networks. But the end goal is broader: to foster a strong, cross-cultural community.
