Apple is holding an event on Thursday, Oct. 27, and you'll be able to watch it live from the comfort of your home.

The event is called "Hello Again," and while no one is 100% sure what will be revealed, the company is expected to unveil new MacBook Pro computers, a new MacBook Air and maybe even a new iMac. Here's how to ensure you're the first to know about the hottest new Apple devices.

How to watch the Apple event

If you want to watch Apple's Hello Again livestream, you're going to have to do something you probably haven't done in months. It's time open Safari. Apple's livestreams work best on the company's web browser.

If you're watching the Apple event on an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, you'll need iOS 7 or later, according to Apple. Want to watch on a Mac? You'll need Safari 6.0.5 or later and OS X v10.8.5 or later. Using a PC? You'll need Microsoft Edge on Windows 10.

Just go to Apple's website and you'll see the livestream there.

And if you're using an Apple TV, make sure it's an 2nd or 3rd generation with software 6.2 or newer, or a 4th generation.
