Hillary Clinton notched an easy pickup of four electoral votes with victory over Donald Trump in Rhode Island. The state of slightly more than 1 million people has voted for the Democratic presidential nominee all but twice since 1960. The Associated Press called the Rhode Island race at 8:40 p.m.
