After being bumped last week to introduce Donald Trump's family in a special episode of 20/20, ABC's entire "TGIT" lineup returns on Thursday.

Grey's Anatomy is finally back after a couple-months-long hiatus with a brand new episode at 8 p.m. Eastern on Thursday. The episode kicks off a night of Shonda Rhimes shows, including Scandal and How to Get Away With Murder

According to ABC, we're in for an epic return Thursday as Jo, Arizona and Bailey make a trip to an all female prison to treat a 16-year-old girl and her unborn child. But it wouldn't be Grey's Anatomy if something unexpected didn't happen, right? According to TV Guide, the doctors will find themselves dealing with an emergency situation while there.

When we last visited Grey's, a lot went down. Alex was about to make an important decision about his future and the hospital was being flooded with victims as a result of a building collapse. At the same time, Richard was in need of reasons from Bailey as to why Eliza was at Grey Sloan.

Grey's Anatomy returns Thursday to ABC at 8 p.m. Eastern.
