The world has become used to Beyoncé dropping new projects at a moment's notice — and this is no different.

On Wednesday afternoon, she shared on Instagram the news of her forthcoming second and third child.

"We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over," Beyoncé wrote. "We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes."

Beyoncé is the queen of raising the stakes when it comes to her album drops, and now her baby announcements. The surprise Instagram announcement set to break the internet is a departure from her announcement of her pregnancy with Blue Ivy, which she announced by rubbing her stomach after performing "Love on Top" during the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards.

Despite plenty of evidence to the contrary, rumors that Beyoncé was not pregnant spread like wildfire during her pregnancy with Blue Ivy. This prompted Beyoncé to respond — years later — with a shot of her pregnant belly in the visuals for her album Lemonade

She signed the message from "the Carters." Congratulations, Beyoncé!
