Some sad news for Chris Stapleton fans: The singer has postponed his All-American Road Show tour for three weeks.

The singer will also not perform at the 2017 CMA Music Festival on Sunday, June 11.

In a statement posted to Stapleton's website, the singer's team says they are working on rescheduling the shows from June 1 to June 17.

"We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause," the statement said. "Hold on to your tickets for now, and stay tuned for updates."

The Country Music Association tweeted that Stapleton had dropped out of the music festival due to "unforseen circumstances":

Stapleton hurt his hand

A source close to Stapleton revealed to Entertainment Weekly that the singer postponed his upcoming shows because of a hand injury. Stapleton's representative had no comment on the matter, per EW.

When he has recovered from the injury, fans will be excited for Stapleton to return to the road.
