Warner Bros. has concluded their investigation into the allegations of misconduct on the set of ABC's Bachelor in Paradise. According to a statement released to E! Online on Tuesday, there is no evidence of any misconduct:

As we previously stated, we recently became aware of allegations regarding an incident on the set of Bachelor in Paradise in Mexico. We take all such allegations seriously. The safety, security and well-being of the cast and crew is our number one concern, and we suspended filming so that the allegations could be investigated immediately and thoroughly. Our internal investigation, conducted with the assistance of an outside law firm, has now been completed. Out of respect for the privacy interests of those involved, we do not intend to release the videotape of the incident. We can say, however, that the tape does not support any charge of misconduct by a cast member. Nor does the tape show, contrary to many press reports, that the safety of any cast member was ever in jeopardy.

Warner Bros. also revealed that they plan on continuing to film Bachelor in Paradise, and that season four will air later this summer.

Filming on The Bachelor spinoff series was initially suspended on June 11 after a producer complained of misconduct. It was later revealed that DeMario Jackson of Rachel Lindsay's season of The Bachelorette and Corinne Olympios of Nick Viall's season of The Bachelor were involved in an incident in a pool at the resort they film at in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Producers reportedly approached them about a storyline, and after a couple of drinks at the bar, the two engaged in some sexual activity in the pool.

Olympios had hired Hollywood lawyer Marty Singer to represent her after releasing a statement identifying herself as a victim. It is uncertain if she will be moving forward with any type of lawsuit. Meanwhile, TMZ reports that Jackson's lawyers have confirmed that he's "in the clear." It's currently unknown whether Jackson or Olympios will return for filming, but the pool incident in question will not air. Different policies and procedures are also being put in place to protect the cast.
