Chiefs Jovan Belcher Final Hours Video Released by Kansas Police

Kansas City police has released a video of cops trying to wake up Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher in the morning of the day he fatally shot girlfriend Kasandra Perkins and self, reported Newsday.  

The footage, which lasts 10 minutes, shows cops trying to wake up Belcher who was apparently sleeping in his black Bentley — which was parked outside an apartment building, reportedly in the early morning of the day of the tragedy.  

According to Newsday, the "dashboard camera video," recorded at about 3:00 a.m. on December 1, shows police shinning a flashlight into the car were Bentley was reportedly sleeping.

Three officers are seen and heard in the video telling Belcher to "go upstairs" into the building on the 700 block of East Armour Boulevard and "refrain from driving the rest of the night."
