Though President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden were officially sworn in on Sunday, during a private ceremony, Monday's public festivities are the inauguration's prime time. The public swearing-in is on Monday at 11:30 a.m. (EST), on the West Front of the capitol. Right after that, Obama will deliver his second inaugural address. The Inaugural Parade will take place at 2:55 p.m. (EST), and the Commander In Chief Ball at 8:30 p.m. (EST).
