On Wednesday, RIM unleashed what it has been cooking up: A full touch screen BlackBerry Z10 and a hybrid keyboard / touchscreen BlackBerry X10. While none of these devices have gone on sale yet, we have a few pictures to see what they look like and how they compare to the current king of the hill ... the iPhone 5.

The BlackBerry Z10 will have a 1280 x 768 4.2-inch HD display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and an 1,800mAh battery. While these specs may be great for next generation phone, its biggest selling point is the new BlackBerry 10 OS.

The BlackBerry X10, which includes a keyboard ... a throwback to the original BlackBerry, should have similar internal specs and, along with the Z10, will sport two cameras. The backfacing camera is slated at 8PM with flash, auto focus and 1080p recording capability. The frontfacing camera will be 2 MP with 720p recording capability. Both phones also have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS, as well as a much sought after NFC radio feature, something that its biggest competitor, the iPhone 5 sorely lacks.

BlackBerry also announced the X10, a keyboard variant of the Z10.
