Did Beyonce Lip Sync the Super Bowl Halftime Show? No!

Beyonce delivered one of the most memorable Super Bowl halftime performances in recent memory on Sunday night, and she put to rest all the rumors leading up to the game about whether she might lip sync the Super Bowl, singing the entire show live.

"I will absolutely be singing live," she said at a Super Bowl press conference on Thursday. "I am well-rehearsed. This is what I was born to do."

Beyonce took criticism all week after it was revealed that she did lip-sync her national anthem performance at President Obama's second inauguration. The controversy became so pronounced, that she sang the national anthem live at her Super Bowl press conference, in order to put down her critics.

There was no mistaking her fantastic performance on Sunday night, however. Beyonce dazzled with a number of her greatest hits, including "Love on Top" and "End of Time," and she had the crowd on their feet when former Destiny's Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams came out to perform Beyonce's hit single "Single Ladies."

Compared to a number of the Super Bowl performances from recent memory, such as Madonna's performance last year in which M.I.A gave the middle finger to 114 million people watching on camera, this performance went off smoothly and will go down as one of Beyonce's finest moments in her performance careeer.

Despite the performance being live, Beyonce's voice was masterful, and her black Cat-woman-like outfit dazzled as well.
