Kelly Clarkson YouTube Grammys Acceptance Speech: Watch Video

Culture

There were a whole lot of big winners at the 55th annual Grammy Awards on Sunday; Fun., Gotye, and Mumford & Sons took home some big prizes ... just to name a few. One of the most surprised (and surprising) winners to take the stage (and the trophy) was pop sensation Kelly Clarkson who won Best Pop Vocal Album for her hit Stronger.

Clarkson delivered an adorable and oh-so flustered acceptance speech kicking off with a gracious and quite believable, "I didn't know I was gonna win." She also shouted out one of the night's biggest performers Miguel saying, "Miguel, I don't know who the hell you are but we need to sing together. I mean good god, that was the sexiest damn thing I've ever seen."

To take home the Grammy Award, Clarkson beat out some of the year's biggest pop performers including Florence & the Machine, Fun., Maroon 5, and Pink.

Check out Clarkson's acceptance speech here, and tell me it's not the most flustered and charming damn thing you've seen in a while.

Then hake a peek at Clarkson's hit song "Stronger," and remind yourself why this original American Idol took home the gold Sunday night. 65 million YouTube views don't lie.
