Grammy Dress Code 2013: 5 Stars Who Really Couldn't Care Less

Culture

So at this point we've all heard about the CBS issued "Wardrobe Advisory" that went out prior to the Grammy Awards. The head honchos at the network made a judgement call on what they decided were inappropriate outfits for national television. The advisory asked attendees to "Please avoid exposing bare fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack. Bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic. Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could  possibly expose female breast nipples. Please be sure the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible “puffy” bare skin exposure."

So what happens when a big corporation asks the world's biggest music stars to tone it down? For the most part, those music stars figure out a way to bend the rules. Or, they just straight up don't listen.

Take a peek at the most envelope-pushing looks of the evening and then have a good think about whether or not the stars took the wardrobe advisory to heart, or if they just threw it back in CBS' face. Here are the night's five best "Wardrobe Memo" looks.

1. Katy Perry

2. Rihanna

3. Wait, and Rihanna again

4. Jennifer Lopez

5. Kelly Rowland ... who is actually just nude.
