State of the Union 2013: Government Spending without adding Debt?

The GOP is going to be critical of any mention of new spending tonight. Any new spending only adds to the federal deficit that we are supposed to be working on. In an effort to steer away from adding to the debt, President Obama will make it clear that every new proposal he mentions tonight is already paid for according to what both parties agreed to. He has to walk a fine line of showcasing how the government can create jobs and get the economy moving without adding to the debt crisis. The president will emphatically point out he can do just that.
