Big Bear Lake Cabin On Fire, Fire Trucks Approaching

Impact

The Big Bear Lake cabin where rogue ex-cop and rampage killer Chistopher Dorner has been cornered has burnt most of the way to the ground and is now being approached by local fire department trucks to extinguish the blaze, report CNN.

Former FBI Assistant Director Tom Fuentes says that the approach of unarmed fire department vehicles indicates that police are confident that Dorner has been taken out of the picture - whether alive or dead.

The cabin where Dorner fled after killing a deputy Tuesday has now burnt most of the way to the ground in a huge fire that might have been triggered by authorities' deployment of tear gas. Explosions were reported when ammunition caches inside the cabin caught on fire.
