BIDEN LULZ OUT LOUD

"A year and a half ago, I put forward an American Jobs Act that independent economists said would create more than one million new jobs. I thank the last Congress for passing some of that agenda, and I urge this Congress to pass the rest."

Apparently Joe Biden thought this was hilarious. Shows how much he thinks of the 113th congress... or maybe he thinks Obama is just a really funny guy. Probably both!

The first mention of investments goes to STEM! Obama loves STEM and is optimistic about America's Energy capabilities.

Now for Climate Change! Middle of the speech. I'm liking the attention he's giving to a problem that does affect us all.

Key Note: He is looking to his Cabinet to see what executive orders he can take. He is not waiting for Congress to combat the Climate. Also, it is pretty true that China is going all-in on renewable energy. I wonder if that will make people want to follow suit more or less...
