Obama Advocates Bipartisan Immigration Reform in SOTU

In SOTU, Pres Obama outlined the basic principles of an immigration reform plan that he would agree to: stronger border security, pathways to citizenship, reducing bureaucracy and waiting periods, and visas for high-skilled workers and entrepreneurs.

Rubio is one of the architects of the bipartisan immigration deal and will almost certainly mention the proposal in his response.
