Paul's speech is a regular smorgasbord of Tea Party keywords and talking points. From "checks and balances" to "term limits," Paul was preaching the Tea Party gospel seamlessly, if a little monotonously.


Unfortunately for the Tea Party, no network is broadcasting Paul's speech, so coverage will be minimal.
