Watch the Oscars 2013 live here, where we'll be bringing you the live stream, colorful analysis, and announcements of all the awards.

Oscars week is upon us, and I couldn't be more excited. If it's anything like years past, there will be amazing speeches, awkward speeches, surprise winners, expected winners, plenty of leg (courtesy of Angelina Jolie), and maybe even a sibling makeout (thanks again, Ang) to look forward to. And of course, looking back at a year in pictures is a great a way as any to spend a Sunday night.

Who will win Best Picture? Well, that's any one's guess, but I'd put my money on Lincoln, which is not only a front-runner, but a shoe-in for Best Actor for Daniel Day-Lewis's portrayal of the former president. Although I must say, I'd love to listen to Bradley Cooper's acceptance speech, if only just to be able to look at him.

Cooper's Silver Linings Playbook co-star, Jennifer Lawrence, is expected to do better. Though her Best Actress win isn't as sure a bet as Lewis's, her performance as a sex-addict-turned-dancer won over audiences, and with a previous nomination for Winter's Bone under her belt, she has proven her place in the Academy. The Best Actress category is particularly interesting this year, with the potential oldest winner (Emmanuelle Riva, Amour) and the potential youngest winner (Quvenzhané Wallis, Beasts of the Southern Wild) both in the running. No matter who brings home the golden trophies, the 85th Academy Awards are not to be missed -- even if you're only watching for the inappropriate jokes host Seth MacFarlane will have to apologize for later.
