Samsung will be showing off its Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet at the 2013 GSMA Mobile World Congress to be held in Barcelona, Spain, February 25-28. And Slash Gear is touting the gadget as "everything you might expect it to be with an 8-inch screen."
According to the tech site, Samsung's new device is "slightly larger" than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 — though it has both the same look and the S-Pen (which suggests it works along the lines of the Samsung Galaxy Note II and the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1). Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 also will have an earpiece speaker, though more specifications are yet to come.
The Mobile World Congress is the world's largest exhibition for the mobile industry featuring mobile operators, device manufacturers, technology providers, vendors and content owners from across the world. The 2013 edition will take place from 25-28 February at Fira Gran Via, in Barcelona, Spain.
