Best Dressed Oscars 2013: Naomi Watts Looks Incredible

Naomi Watts looks incredible at the 2013 Oscars. We haven't seen everyone yet tonight but Watts looks absolutely magnificent ... though I'll venture to say that this space age dress is going to be a controversial one. 

Watts is nominated tonight in the Best Actress category for her role in the Thailand tsunami film The Impossible. While Watts is considered a long-shot in the category, she is certainly winning an award for style.
