Christoph Waltz Wins Best Supporting Actor at the 2013 Oscars

Christoph Waltz wins Best Supporting Actor beating out the night's really highly impressive list of contenders. The nominees were: 

Christoph Waltz, Django Unchained

In his gracious acceptance speech he thanked all the other nominees and gave an extremely heartfelt thank you to director Quentin Tarantino. 

Waltz was born in Vienna, Austia and is the son of German born Johannes Waltz and Austrian-born Elisabeth Urbancic. 

Waltz is fluent in German, French, and English and speaks all three of the languages in both Inglourious Basterds and Django Unchained.
