With conference tournaments being played throughout the course of the day, let's take a look at the results from every game that has gone final thus far today:

No. 2 seeded Southern Mississippi defeats No. 7 seeded UAB 81-66 in the Quarterfinals of the Conference USA Tournament.  They take on the winner of No. 3 seeded UTEP against No. 6 Houston.

No. 9 seeded LSU defeats No. 8 seeded Georgia 68-63 in the second round of the SEC Tournament.  They take on the No. 1 seeded Florida Gators tomorrow at 1 p.m.

No. 5 seeded Iowa State heads to the semifinals of the Big 12 Tournament after defeating No. 4 seeded Oklahoma 73-66.  They take on the winner of No. 1 seeded Kansas against No. 9 seeded Texas Tech as Iowa State seeks to improve their resume to get into the NCAA Tournament.

In the opening round of the Big Ten Tournament, No. 8 seeded Illinois defeats No. 9 seeded Minnesota on a buzzer-beater by Brandon Paul 51-49.  They take on No. 1 seeded Indiana at 12 p.m. from the United Center.

No. 9 seeded Charlotte knocks off No. 8 seeded Richmond in the first round of the Atlantic 10 Tournament from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York 68-63.  They take on St. Louis tomorrow at 12 p.m.

No. 8 seeded Boston College dominates No. 9 seeded Georgia Tech on the strength of Olivier Hanlan who set an ACC freshman-record by scoring 41 points in an 84-64 rout of the Yellow Jackets.  They take on No. 1 seeded Miami tomorrow at 12 p.m. from the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Finally, in their final Big East Tournament, No. 1 seeded Georgetown pulls away from No. 9 seeded Cincinnati 62-43.  They take on the winner of No. 5 Syracuse against No. 4 Pittsburgh from Madison Square Garden in New York, New York.
