Top Overall Seed is Louisville

No suprises here.  Louisville won the Big East Tournament, and won the regular season crown.  Save for a week where they lost three times in a row to Syracuse, Villanova, and Georgetown.  Other than those three losses, they have only lost once since January 28th in a five overtime game at Notre Dame.
