Louisville Is the No. 1 Overall Seed: Midwest Region Breakdown

Louisville is the top overall seed in the 2013 NCAA Tournament. They will be in the Indianapolis Region, giving them a solid home court advantage while Indiana will have to play away from Indianapolis. 

Oregon as a 12-seed is very interesting. Duke will be the 2-seed in the Indianapolis Region, and Michigan State is the 3-seed. St. Louis is the 4-seed, setting up an incredibly tough top 4 teams. 

This region is stacked with talent, and at first glance, I have no idea who is going to be heading to Atlanta.

Solely based on bias, I'll be taking Michigan State.
