Florida Gulf Coast Sweet Sixteen Preview: South Region Breakdown

Culture

This has been fun to watch. We can't say enough about Florida Gulf Coast, and hopefully we won't have to stop. If they can somehow pull of a few more upsets, the internet may explode with #dunkcity overload.

However, the tournament must go on, and we also must talk about three of the top four seeds advancing in this bracket: Kansas, Michigan, and Florida.

On Friday, March 29, Kansas will take on Michigan at 7:37p.m. EDT in Arlington, Texas before Florida Gulf Coast will get another shot at an upset against Florida at 10:17p.m. Both games will be broadcast on TBS.

Prediction: Realistically, the fun will come to an end with Florida. The surprising athleticism of FGCU won't be a surprise anymore, and Florida should take care of them handily. Then look for Michigan to continue its hot shooting for a match-up with Florida in the Elite 8.
