Sweet Sixteen Preview: Indiana, East Region Breakdown

Culture

The one bracket that saw the top four teams advance to the Sweet Sixteen also happened to be one of the most exciting. Syracuse advanced rather easily compared to Indiana, Miami, and Marquette's close calls in the first weekend of the NCAA Tournament.

On Thursday, Marquette and Miami will kick things off from Washington, DC with a 7:15p.m. EDT tip-off before Indiana and Syracuse will go at it at 9:45p.m. Both games will be broadcast on CBS.

Prediction: Expect this bracket to continue to go as planned as far as seeding. Miami may have narrowly escaped Illinois, but Marquette looked even shakier. Meanwhile, Victor Oladipo of Indiana seems like he's on a mission. Syracuse won't be able to hang. Then, expect Indiana to take out Miami in an exciting Elite Eight game on Saturday.
