The iPhone 5S will feature a faster A7 processor, an upgraded camera and — possibly — a fingerprint chip under the Home button "for improved security." According to rumors, the size and shape will remain unchanged. The device will reportedly be released to the public a few weeks later, in July.

In addition, a "cheap iPhone," or a low-cost version of Apple's popular smart phone, for developing countries and regions such as China, India and Latin America, will also be launched this year — probably in August.

Apple would also preview, or even announce, an update for its iOS platform at the rumored June 20 event.
