'Mad Men' Season 6 Premiere: Where to Watch

Culture

Have you spent all day binge-watching early seasons of Mad Men in preparation for Sunday's premiere of season six? If so, you're in the right mindset for AMC's premiere of the penultimate season, which airs at 9 p.m. ET and will be two hours long.

Though you cannot watch Mad Men online, there are plenty of places around town hosting premiere viewing parties, which lend themselves to dressing up in 60s attire, cocktails, whiskey, fun, encounters with new and like-minded people, and perhaps even romance. Hey, anything can happen in the world of Don Draper, Peggy Olson, and crew.

AM New York compiled a list of cool viewing parties in NYC. Some of the gatherings, such as the one in Whiskey Park, are free of charge, but bring a jacket, as it's very cold today. The Roosevelt Hotel party is a bit more of an expense at $29 for a fixed menu, but summer is approaching and tonight is going to be huge, so feel free to indulge if you'd like. Anything for Mad Men, which has been known to bring awesome people together. *Sigh*

For something long-term, look no further than to the Tribeca Grand Hotel, which hosts free screenings of Mad Men every Sunday night in the hotel's private theater. I'll definitely be paying (ha.ha.) the theater a visit sometime this summer. Will you?
