Boston Marathon Bombing: Google Sets Up Person Finder To Connect Loved Ones

Impact

Following the explosions during the Boston Marathon, Google has set-up a Person Finder (CLICK HERE) to help people connect with their loved ones. Since police has been forced to shut down cell phone lines to prevent any other bombs from being remotely detonated, people are having trouble getting in touch with the people in the Boston area.  If you have any information about someone or want to give information about yourself for loved ones to find, you can use the web tool. All of the information will be public. So far, the tool has information about more than one hundred people.

You can also use Boston mayor's hotline to help locate family or friends at 617-635-4500.
