Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Ethnicity

'Suspect 2' has been identified by AP sources as Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, a 19-year-old national from Chechnya (with potential ties to Turkey), who had been reportedly living as a student in Cambridge, Massachusetts, for the last year. He reportedly lived in Turkey before arriving legally in the U.S., about a year ago, after winning a scholarship.

According to USA Today, an individual by the name of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was a wrestler at the Cambridge Rindge and Latin School, in Cambridge, Mass. He was named a Greater Boston League Winter All Star in 2011 (in May of 2011, as a high school senior, Tsarnaev was awarded a $2,500 City Scholarship from the City of Cambridge to pursue higher education).
